About
Since the early 1990's the business and public sector
have increasingly sought to reach their goals through
partnership. Partnerships can take various forms, commonly
involving the private sector sponsoring the public sector
to carry out a community initiative. Companies desire
to increase their involvement in corporate social responsibility
activities, have led to partnership with ngo's, government
and multilaterals as the natural route.
Community Sponsorship develops public private partnerships
bringing together public and private sector partners.
We fund raise for the public sector, attracting sponsorship
from the private sector. Our main focus is areas of
public private partnership such as environment, health
and safety and other globalisation issues.
We've helped NGO's, Government Departments, Universities,
Research Institutes, Productivity Institutes develop
programmes that follow their mission but are also attractive
to the corporate sector. Tailoring the programmes to
the needs of both the public sector organiser and private
sector sponsor. Working with both to ensure that the
programme meets expectations.
Determining the needs of the corporate sector when
developing a community programme can be tricky. But
developed correctly, a community programme can prove
of benefit to society and meet the corporate social
responsibility goals of business.
With the increasing importance of corporate social
responsibility to the brand of any company, picking
the right public sector partner, and the right project
is crucial to developing a successful relationship with
the community.
Working with public sector partners, we provide the
private sector with opportunities that fulfill the community
strategy and benefit society at large.
